01Concrete Restoration
When a concrete structure has been compromised, CAD diagnoses the cause and delivers a lasting repair. From spalling and cracking to corroded reinforcement, structural deterioration and water damage, we restore slabs, walls, columns, decks, parking structures and foundations so they're safe, sound and back in service.
02Waterproofing
CAD stops water before it does damage. We install and repair waterproofing systems on pool decks, plaza decks, balconies, below-grade walls, foundations and roofs, choosing the right membrane, coating or sealant for the structure and exposure.
03Grout Injection
When water is getting in or voids are forming beneath a structure, CAD uses grout injection to seal leaks, fill voids and stabilize slabs. We use polyurethane, epoxy and cementitious grouts to repair cracks, joints and failing substrates without tearing out the structure.
04Specialty Coatings
CAD installs high-performance coating systems built for the demands of commercial and industrial spaces. Epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic and chemical-resistant systems deliver durable, cleanable, safe floors for warehouses, manufacturing plants, food facilities, hangars and more.
05Polished Concrete
CAD turns existing and new slabs into polished concrete floors that are durable, low-maintenance and attractive. From grind and seal to high-gloss polish, we deliver floors for retail, grocery, offices, warehouses and public buildings.
06Floor Preparation
Every floor system is only as good as the surface beneath it. CAD prepares new and existing slabs with shot blasting, diamond grinding, scarifying, coating and adhesive removal, crack and joint repair and moisture testing, so coatings, overlays and flooring bond and perform as designed.
07Sandblasting
CAD uses abrasive blasting to strip paint, coatings, rust and contaminants from concrete, masonry and steel. From surface profiling ahead of new coatings to cleaning and restoring historic facades, we choose the right media and pressure to clean the surface without damaging it. We also sandblast decorative stenciling, etching custom logos, patterns and lettering into concrete plazas, walkways and walls.
